It’s a pleasure to welcome you into my sacred corner of this wild world of the web.
Embodied Arts was born out of the personal homecoming to my heart and my womb, the depth of my feeling, and my passion for liberation through vulnerability and expression.
In times of uncertainty and global crisis, I believe we need to be in deep relating with our body, with the Earth, and with the arts — for not only the wellness of ourselves, but also as a way of being in joyful allyship with the healing movement of life.

At the heart of this path is the return to Mystery, where we don’t reach, but rather listen — present to the wisdom of the body, guided by life’s communication and our sensing of aligned time — informed by the rhythms of the seasons, the planetary cycles, and the spirals of our soul’s path.

Connection
The voice, the heart, and the deep self that resides in the womb are intimately connected. Often times, patterns we’ve developed around our voice have been shaped by a once-helpful need to protect the heart, and keep us safe.
This time on the planet needs the voices of female bodies that have liberated themselves — to lead, innovate, educate and facilitate — to mother, nurture, and care — with heart, guided by the wisdom of the body and the Earth.
The female body is a landscape of discovery — a deep remembering of how to tend, care, and feel. To inhabit the body fully is to live in service to the wild wisdom within death, the Earth, and Love.

A monthly online ritual gathering for women who desire a space to tend to their relationship with their body, their heart and the voice. These gatherings are a space to tune into to the wisdom within, and to be nourished by beauty, the arts, and togetherness . Through practice, song, herbal plants, & prayer, we create a space to listen, feel, play, and be.
